500g Zhangping Shuixian Oolong Tea – Orchid Aroma, Strong Aroma Type, Square Tea Cake

A historic Zhangping Shuixian oolong tea from Fujian, China. First exported overseas in 1914, this tea is crafted from old-bush leaves using traditional handmade methods passed down by a recognized inheritor of intangible cultural heritage. It has been awarded in a Tea King competition.

• Core Production Area: Grown in the pristine ecological tea gardens of Zhangping
• Square Tea Cake: Traditionally compressed using ancient methods and dozens of handmade steps — a rare compressed form among oolong teas
• Tea Liquor: Clear orange-yellow, fragrant in the cup, mellow, sweet, and refreshing with a lingering aftertaste
• Tea Base: Thick, rich leaves with green stems, green centers, and red edges — still sweet and mellow after 15 infusions
• Natural Orchid Aroma: Brewing fills the room with a natural floral fragrance; sweet and fresh on the palate, with a breath as fragrant as orchid

Brewing Suggestion:
Use 5–7g of tea leaves per 150ml of water at 95–100°C. Rinse briefly, then steep for 20–30 seconds. Can be reinfused 10–15 times.
