500g Anxi High Mountain Tieguanyin Oolong Tea – Light & Strong Fragrance, Canned

Tieguanyin is a renowned oolong tea with a long-lasting fragrance and a mellow, sweet taste. Known as the "champagne of teas," it features a natural floral aroma that is both elegant and captivating. The tea leaves are dark green and pearl-shaped, brewing into a bright golden liquor with a fresh, refreshing character. True to its reputation, it is said to have "green leaves with red edges, and lingering fragrance after seven brews."

Originating from Anxi in Fujian province, Tieguanyin has a history of over 200 years. Grown in high mountain tea gardens with misty peaks, mild climate, abundant rainfall, and fertile red soil, this tea benefits from an ideal environment that produces exceptional quality, rich flavor, and an enduring orchid aroma.

This 500g canned tea is available in two fragrance styles: light fragrance (清香型) for a fresh, crisp taste, and strong fragrance (浓香型) for a deeper, roasted character. The airtight can preserves freshness and makes it easy to store.

Brewing Suggestion

Light Fragrance: Use 5-7g per 150ml at 85-90°C. Steep for 20-30 seconds.

Strong Fragrance: Use 5-7g per 150ml at 90-95°C. Steep for 20-30 seconds.

Both styles can be reinfused 5-7 times.
