80g Sun-Dried Wild Yunnan Black Tea – Ancient Tree
Product Introduction
Produced in Fengqing, Yunnan, China — the hometown of Yunnan black tea. The region features a mid-subtropical monsoon climate, with tea gardens located at approximately 2,200 meters above sea level. The tea gardens benefit from a pristine natural environment.
This sun-dried wild black tea comes from wild tea tree varieties. These trees sprout only once a year in spring and remain dormant during summer, autumn, and winter. Growing in primeval forests alongside the natural woodland, this tea develops a unique character and flavor that sets it apart from traditional Yunnan black teas.
Taste Profile
This tea offers a sweet taste with a restrained, elegant aroma — a classic "fragrance in the liquor" style. It features a very pronounced floral and honey aroma. The final sun-drying process gives it a distinctive "sunshine" character, resulting in a smooth, mellow cup. This tea is highly tolerant to multiple infusions and can be brewed 15 to 20 times.
Brewing Suggestion
Use 3-5g of tea leaves per 200ml of water at 90-95°C. Steep for 2-3 minutes. Adjust steeping time to taste. Can be reinfused 15-20 times, with the flavor evolving beautifully with each brew.
