How to Brew

Gongfu Style: Place one tea ball (approximately 5-8g) in a gaiwan or teapot. Rinse briefly with hot water (90°C) for 5 seconds and discard. Then steep in 150ml of hot water for 15 seconds, adding 5-10 seconds for each subsequent infusion. The same ball can be steeped 8-12 times.
