500g Honey Aroma Black Tea – Commercial Milk Tea Base, Grade 1

Rich honey aroma with a sweet, mellow taste. Tightly rolled, uniform dark leaves. Brews a bright red, clear liquor. Clean, neat brewed leaves with few fragments. One tea base for easy preparation of milk tea, fruit tea, cheese foam tea, and more.

Applications: Hong Kong-style silk stocking milk tea, brown sugar bubble milk tea, Hong Kong-style iced lemon tea, coffee milk tea latte (Yuen Yeung).

Brewing Notes: For a 750ml container, add 25g tea, pour in 100°C hot water, cover and steep for 10 minutes, then strain into 250g ice.
